We believe in making shopping with confidence easy for our customers. Our straightforward return and refund process ensures that if something isn't quite perfect, we'll make it right for our UK customers.

1. Eligibility & Getting Started

UK-based customers can initiate returns within 30 days of receiving their order. Simply reach out to our team via our contact page and we'll provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

2. Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unused and in resellable condition, complete with original packaging, labels, and any accessories. Items showing signs of use or damage may qualify for a partial refund based on their current condition.

3. Return Process & Shipping

• All returns must be sent through postal service
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for defective or incorrectly sent items)
• Complete return guidelines will be provided once your return request is approved

4. Product Exchanges

We're happy to facilitate exchanges for UK customers. Use the same return process outlined above. After we receive and verify your returned item, you can place a fresh order for your preferred product. For defective items or our shipping errors, replacement items will be sent at no additional charge.

5. Refund Processing

We'll begin processing your return request within 2 business days of receiving it. After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is complete. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. No Restocking Charges

We don't impose restocking fees on approved returns. However, items returned in damaged, heavily used, or incomplete condition may receive a reduced refund reflecting the product's diminished value.

7. Delivery Issues & Refused Packages

If your order returns to us due to incorrect address details, refused delivery, or uncollected parcels, we may deduct return shipping costs and any redelivery fees from your refund.

8. International Orders & Import Duties

Our current return policy serves UK customers exclusively. International customers should note that customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are their responsibility. We're working on expanding return options for international customers.

9. Shipping Address Updates

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us immediately through our contact page. We can update addresses for unshipped orders, but changes aren't possible once items are in transit.

10. UK Consumer Rights

Under UK consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy. To exercise this right:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided
• You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery
