Summary of return conditions

  • Return zone: Returns and exchanges are accepted for customers residing in the United Kingdom.

  • Exceptions: Promotional items clearly marked as final sale and gift cards are non-refundable.

1. General return conditions

At Clyskin, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days after the day you receive your order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This policy applies only to deliveries made within the United Kingdom.

Before making a return, please contact our customer service at info@clyskin.com to receive return authorisation and instructions.

Items must be complete, unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories.
You may handle the product as you would in a physical store. If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount, as permitted by UK law.

2. Return procedure and shipping fees

Returns must be sent by post or courier service of your choice.
For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If the product is defective or if we made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

The return address and detailed instructions will be provided once your request has been validated by our customer service.

3. Condition of the returned product

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must be:

  • New
  • Unused
  • In excellent condition
  • Returned with its original packaging and all accessories

If the returned product is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of excessive handling, a partial refund may be applied to reflect any loss of value.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for customers residing in the United Kingdom.

The process begins with a standard return of the item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

In cases of defective items or fulfilment errors on our part, exchange shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. Refund

Once your return is received and verified, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

6. Restocking

We do not apply restocking fees.

However, if the returned product is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7. Refused or undelivered parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal at delivery or an unclaimed parcel:

  • The original shipping fee cannot be refunded
  • Additional reshipping costs may be applied only if you request re-delivery

We recommend checking your contact details carefully before placing an order.

8. International orders

This policy currently applies only to customers residing in the United Kingdom.
International returns are not yet supported.

For future international deliveries, any customs fees and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Address modification

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us quickly at info@clyskin.com.
We will do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been shipped.
