  1. Shipping coverage

At Clyskin for the moment we only make deliveries in the United Kingdom and even if international delivery is not yet available we are actively working to extend our services to other countries in the near future.

  1. Concerned products

Our delivery policy applies to all the products offered on our online store. Each item is carefully packaged and prepared in order to guarantee reliable and timely shipment.

  1. Delivery locations

Orders are shipped to the delivery location specified by the customer during checkout, with no possibility of pickup point or automatic locker collection for the moment.

  1. Order cutoff time

Orders placed before 6 p.m. (GMT), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

  1. Order processing time

Shipments are usually prepared to be sent within 1 to 2 business days following the effective order; this count includes order validation as well as the quality control and packaging stages.

  1. Shipping and delivery times

Once shipped, deliveries in the United Kingdom take around 5 to 7 business days. Deliveries are carried out only on business days (Monday to Friday). Delays may occur during busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events.

The total estimated delivery time is between 6 and 9 business days.

  1. Shipping fees

We are pleased to offer standard delivery free of charge for all orders shipped within the United Kingdom. No additional cost will be charged for packaging or handling of parcels.

  1. Address changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clyskin.com. We will do our best to respond to your requests, but we cannot guarantee the update of orders already processed or shipped.

  1. Undeliverable parcels

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of receipt, or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct return and reshipment fees from the refund amount.

  1. Customs duties and import taxes

Since we currently only deliver in the United Kingdom for the moment, customs duties and import taxes are not applicable. For future international orders, other rules regarding taxes and duties will be taken into account.
